Claims (1)
- 軟化状態にあるシート状材料をクランプしたま
ま真空圧力によりモールド形状に成形する真空成
形機において、上テーブルのストロークまたは下
テーブルのストローク更には上下両テーブルのス
トローク位置をセンサにより検知し、その検知値
に応じて上テーブルとクランプホルダの間隔を調
節するとともにシート状材料の端部両側をクラン
プしたクランプホルダ間の間隔を調節することに
より、成形時におけるクランプされたシート状材
料のプラグおよび真空圧力より受ける張力を調節
するようにした構造を有する真空成形機。
