の平面図。第６図は、従来の電気ヒーターの形状
の一部を示す簡略断面図。第７図は、従来の電気
ヒーターが高温状態で垂下し、隣接するヒーター
同士が接触している状態を示す簡略断面図。第８
図は、この考案で使用する用語「巻設」を説明す
る為の蛇行ヒーターの一部を示す斜視図である。 １０：縦型熱処理装置、１２：処理チユーブ、
１４：均熱管、１６：第１の電気ヒーター、１８
：第２の電気ヒーター、２０：第３の電気ヒータ
ー、２２：第１の保持具、２４：第２の保持具、
２６：第３の保持具、２８：断熱体、３０：スペ
ーサー、３２：蛇行ヒーター。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体ウエーハを熱処理する為の、処理チ
    ユーブが実質的に鉛直に配設されている縦型熱処
    理装置に於いて、該処理チユーブの内部を加熱す
    る電気ヒーターが、該処理チユーブの外周に、該
    処理チユーブの軸に対し、実質的に平行となるよ
    うに巻設されている縦型熱処理装置。 (2) 電気ヒーターが、処理チユーブの各部位を
    個別に加熱するように該処理チユーブ外周に巻設
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    縦型熱処理装置。
