Claims (1)
- トルクを受ける受動軸と、高透磁率軟磁性材か
らなり前記受動軸の外周面に円周等分に固着され
た複数個の歪検出層と、この歪検出層の周囲に配
設され前記歪検出層の前記トルクに応じた歪によ
る透磁率変化を検出する検出コイルを備えたトル
ク検出器において、前記歪検出層の対向周面に磁
気的空隙長に変化を与えるための前記歪検出層と
同数の溝部を有する磁気収束板を備えてなること
を特徴とするトルク検出器。
