Claims (1)
- イオンビーム装置に用いられる液体金属イオン
源において、碍子に固着された支持棒と、前記支
持棒の先端に固定されているリザーバーと、前記
リザーバーの周囲を、ある隙間を持つて巻かれ、
先端を前記リザーバー側面に固着されたコイル状
ヒーターと、前記リザーバーの下部に固着されて
いる反射板とから成ることを特徴とする液体金属
イオン源の加熱構造。
