Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被走査面と走査光学系とを相対的に移動させて
被走査面の走査を行なう手段の一部であり、この
走査光学系を構成する長尺状のミラーの長手方向
を上記走査方向と直交する方向に合わせて設定す
ると共に、上記ミラーの長手方向両端での上記被
走査面に対するミラーの高さ位置を自在に調整す
るための手段であつて、互いに間隔をおき上記走
査方向に平行に設けられたローラーガイド及び円
柱状のミラー支持棒と、上記ミラーを支持するミ
ラー台を有し、上記ミラー台の一端を上記ミラー
支持棒に回動自在に係合させ他端を上記ローラー
ガイドにローラーを介して接触させておき、上記
ミラー台に対する上記ローラの位置を変位させる
ことにより、上記ミラーの上記被走査面に対する
高さ位置を調整するミラーの高さ調整装置におい
て、 上記ミラー台の上記他端側にウオームとウオー
ムホイールからなるウオームギヤ減速機構を設け
、上記ウオームホイール上であつてこのウオーム
ホイールの回転軸からずれた位置に設けられた偏
心軸に上記ローラーを取付け、上記ウオームの軸
には回転位置決め工具用の溝を形成したことを特
徴とするミラーの高さ調整装置。
