Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to reuse the used cards for reprints of new characters, patterns and codes or so by erasing the prints on the cards completely to get white blank cards.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of cards is buffed to erase the surface prints and wiped off with organic solvent and/or turpentine repeatedly. After erasing and drying completely, the cards are coated with white color. The refreshed cards might be thinner than before the processing but the magnetic information is still maintained and reusable as new cards with new prints on the surface. The coating color is not limited in white and the other color coating may expand the reuse market.
