Abstract
PURPOSE:To cope with a change in structure of a car body by bonding the upper end of a lower insulator trim fixed to a dash lower panel divided into upper and lower parts and the lower end of an upper insulator trim by an elastic sealing agent. CONSTITUTION:A floor module 1 and a dash module 2 are independently assembled, and in the final assembling process, the lower end 10a of the upper portion 10 of a dash lower panel is inserted in an adhesive agent sump of the lower portion 3 of the dash lower panel and fixed there. An elastic sealing agent 24 is charged between the upper end 13a of a lower insulator trim 13 and the lower end 21a of an upper insulator trim 21. Thus, noise entering a compartment through a gap between both insulator materials 11, 19 can be shielded. Furthermore, an assembling line for a car body can be elastically organized so as to easily cope with the structure of a car body different in structure and appearance.
