図は従来の空ボビン供給装置を示した正面図、第
４図はその側面図である。 図中、１はボツクス、２は切り出し手段、３は
ボビン挿着手段、４は検出手段、１０は収容部、
Ｌは空ボビン搬送路、Ｂは空ボビン、Ｔはトレイ
である。

図は従来の空ボビン供給装置を示した正面図、第
４図はその側面図である。 図中、１はボツクス、２は切り出し手段、３は
ボビン挿着手段、４は検出手段、１０は収容部、
Ｌは空ボビン搬送路、Ｂは空ボビン、Ｔはトレイ
である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワインダと精紡機とを結ぶ空ボビン搬送路
の途中に設けられると共に、補充用の空ボビンを
貯留しておくためのボツクスと該ボツクスから順
次空ボビンを切り出すための切り出し手段と、切
り出された空ボビンを上記搬送路上に空ボビンを
支持するトレイに挿着させるためのボビン挿着手
段と上記搬送路上の上記トレイおよび空ボビンの
有無を検出するための検出手段とを有する空ボビ
ン供給装置において、上記切り出し手段の下方に
連通されて上記空ボビンを一旦収容しておくため
の収容部を、上記搬送路の近接位置に形成すると
共に、上記検出手段が空ボビンを挿着していない
上記トレイを検出したときに、該トレイの直上に
上記収容部を移動させて、収容されていた空ボビ
ンを挿着させるべく揺動自在に設けられた上記ボ
ビン挿着手段を備えたことを特徴とする空ボビン
供給装置。 (2) 上記ボビン挿着手段が、上記空ボビン搬送
路の搬送方向を横断する方向に揺動自在に形成さ
れた上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
空ボビン供給装置。 (3) 上記切り出し手段が、上記ボビン挿着手段
の揺動に同期して駆動されると共に、該揺動開始
前に空ボビンを上記収容部へ送るように形成され
た上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
項に記載の空ボビン供給装置。
