Claims (1)
- 高分子圧電膜の一面に共通電極を設け、その他
面に所定間隔をおいて長尺状の膜状電極を並べて
設け、各長尺状の膜状電極にリード線を接続して
なるアレイ型超音波探触子において、高分子圧電
膜の他面端部に絶縁層を設け、この絶縁層上に、
各長尺状の膜状電極に連通するリード線を形成し
てなるアレイ型超音波探触子のリード線部。
