Claims (1)
められたパージング操作を自動的に行なうパージ
ング制御手段を備え、前記パージング開始信号を
発生させることにより、所定の加熱手段による、
シリンダと該シリンダの先端部に設けられた射出
ノズルとの加熱下において、前記パージング制御
手段にて前記パージング操作を自動的に行なわせ
るようにした、自動パージング機能を有する射出
成形機において、 前記パージング開始信号に基づいて、前記射出
ノズルの温度を通常成形運転時における加熱温度
よりも高い所定のパージ温度に昇温せしめるノズ
ル昇温手段と、かかるノズル昇温手段による昇温
操作にて該射出ノズルの温度が該パージ温度に達
したことを直接若しくは間接的に検出して、パー
ジ温度検出信号を出力するパージ温度検出手段と
を設け、該パージ温度検出手段から出力されるパ
ージ温度検出信号に基づいて、前記パージング制
御手段によるパージング操作を開始させるように
したことを特徴とする自動パージング機能を有す
