Abstract
PURPOSE: To generate stabilized vacuum vapor efficiently at all times by a method wherein an automatic regulating valve is provided in the primary side of an indirect heating vessel and a specified ejector type vacuum pump is connected to the secondary side of the vessel while the temperature of a load is detected by a temperature detector to control the automatic regulating valve. CONSTITUTION: A heater 30 is arranged between an automatic regulating evacuating valve 44 and an indirect heating vessel 21 while a temperature reducer 31 is attached to the side surface of the header and the temperature reducer 31 is connected to a vacuum pump 20 through a pipeline 32, branched from the discharging side pipeline of the vacuum pump 20, while providing a valve 35 on the half way of the pipeline 32. On the other hand, a pipeline is taken out of the bottom part of the header 30 and the secondary side of the pipeline is connected to the suction port of the vacuum pump 20 through a pipeline 34. A temperature detector 40 for detecting the temperature of a matter to be heated is provided on the vessel 21 while the signal of the detector 40 is sent to the actuator 45 of a pressure reducing valve 44 through a regulating meter 42 to effect PID control. A desired temperature is set in the regulating meter 42 to provide the actuator 45 with an operating signal until the temperature of the matter to be heated approaches to the set value to regulate the supplying amount of vapor by the pressure reducing valve 44 when the temperature change of the matter to be heated due to the fluctuation of a load is generated whereby the temperature of the matter to be heated, which is constant at all times, can be retained.
