Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to indicate for sure zero indication when the oil in a cartridge runs out by making zero the indication on means to indicate the amount of the oil by means of a microcomputer when means to indicate the residual amount of oil detects that it is below a specified amount. CONSTITUTION:The amount of the oil in a cartridge tank 1 is detected by a strain sensor 3, and its voltage signal is amplified by an operation amplifier 4 to indicate continuously the amount of the oil by an oil amount indicator 5. When the oil in the cartridge tank 1 runs out, the oil level in a subtank 2 falls below a specified level, and a residual oil detection device 6 that is installed in the subtank 2 is actuated and its signal is inputted to a microcomputer 7. The microcomputer 7 outputs a signal to a circuit 8 in order to make zero the indicated value of the oil amount indicator 5 by the signal from the residual oil detection device 6. With this arrangement the oil amount indicator 5 indicates zero for sure when the amount of the oil in the cartridge tank 1 is zero.
