Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 塗料タンクと塗料圧送ポンプ等の塗装ユニ
    ツトを台車に載設すると共に、該塗料圧送ポンプ
    に接続した塗料ホースの先端にスプレーガンを有
    する移動式の塗装装置において、前記台車には、
    前記塗料タンクに接続したバキユームポンプと、
    前記塗料圧送ポンプとスプレーガンとを同期連動
    させるエアーフロースイツチが設けてあり、塗料
    タンクの減圧によつて塗料送出系路の塗料を逆送
    回収する構造を特徴とする塗装装置。 (2) プランジヤーシールとシリンダーシールが
    区画する空隙を、塗料の吸入側流路に成したプラ
    ンジヤーポンプを塗料圧送ポンプとした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の塗装装置。 (3) プランジヤーの下端とシリンダーの底部に
    、相互に対向させてボールバルブを設け、前記シ
    リンダーの底部に摺鉢状の案内凹所を形成すると
    共に、該案内凹所の底に前記ボールバルブを配列
    した塗料圧送ポンプの実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    (2)項記載の塗装装置。
