Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スロツトルバルブの実際の開度を検知する検知
    手段と、そのスロツトルバルブの開度を調整する
    ための駆動手段と、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量
    に応じてスロツトル要求開度を設定する手段と、
    そのスロツトル要求開度に合致するように前記駆
    動手段を作動させてスロツトルバルブの開度を調
    整させるコントロール手段と、前記スロツトルバ
    ルブを閉じ方向に付勢する付勢手段とを有し、ス
    ロツトル要求開度と実際のスロツトル開度との偏
    差が所定以上で所定の時間以上継続した時に、前
    記駆動手段によるスロツトルバルブの開度調整を
    解除して前記付勢手段によつてスロツトルバルブ
    を閉じるスロツトルバルブ制御装置において、ス
    ロツトルボデー吸気通路のスロツトルバルブ位置
    の上流側と下流側とを連絡するバイパス通路と、
    そのバイパス通路断面を可変させる副スロツトル
    バルブと、前記コントロール手段によつて制御さ
    れる副スロツトルバルブ作動用の副スロツトルア
    クチユエータとを有し、通常時には前記バイパス
    通路は閉じられており、異常時には前記付勢手段
    によりスロツトルバルブが全閉位置に戻つた時に
    バイパス通路断面を開くようにしたことを特徴と
    するスロツトルバルブ制御装置。
