Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本実用新案に基づく回転ブラシの端面
図、第２図は部分的に破断されたハブ上の適所に
位置される第１図に図示されたタイプの一ブラシ
要素を示す部分端面図、第３図は先行技術におけ
る既知方式を説明するハブに繊維を結合する在来
的方法を示す部分端面図、第４図は本案の回転ブ
ラシの他の一実施例の部分端面図であり、やはり
単一のブラシ要素を図示し、ハブが部分的に破断
されている図面、第５図は時計回りの方向へのブ
ラシ要素及び剛毛の相対偏向を示し逆時計回りに
おけるそれを省略している、第１図に示されたブ
ラシ要素の部分端面図、第６図は剛毛保持装置の
一実施例の数部品の端面図、第７図は組立後の第
６図の部品の端面図、第８図は部分組立体におけ
るブラシ要素の数部品の端面図、第９図は第８図
に示した部品から組立てられた完全組立ブラシ要
素の端面図である。 図面上、１０…回転ブラシ、１１…ハブ、１２
…スロツト付き周面、１３…スロツト、１４…ブ
ラシ要素、１５…ブラシ、１６…剛毛、１７…剛
毛保持装置、２０…引留装置、２１…弾性可撓要
素、３０…心棒、３１…金属溝形部材、３２…繊
維、６０…環状部分。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の円周方向に互いから離されたブラシ
    固定手段を有するハブと、複数の取り外し可能の
    ブラシ要素とを有する回転ブラシにおいて、前記
    ブラシ要素の各々が、複数の弾性可撓の剛毛と剛
    毛保持装置とを有するブラシであつて前記剛毛保
    持装置が常態においてそれに対し概ね平行して外
    方へ突出する特定の向きに剛毛を確保するもの、
    前記ブラシ固定手段の一つと機械的に係合される
    細長い引留装置、及び前記ハブに対して静止位置
    に前記剛毛保持装置を位置させるように一端を前
    記引留装置に結合されそして反対端を前記剛毛保
    持装置に結合された弾性可撓要素を有し、前記剛
    毛と前記弾性可撓要素との相対可撓性によつて、
    前記弾性可撓要素が、前記ハブが前記剛毛を工作
    物と接触させつつ回転されるとき、前記常態位置
    からの前記ブラシの剛毛の偏向角度よりも大きい
    角度を以て前記静止位置から偏向することを可能
    にされることを特徴とする回転ブラシ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    ブラシにおいて、剛毛保持装置が、剛毛の折曲げ
    られた部分を包囲する溝形の輪の側壁間の細長い
    要素に沿つて剛毛中間点で折曲げられた剛毛を締
    付けるように設けられる回転ブラシ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    ブラシにおいて、剛毛保持装置が、周縁支持体間
    に複数列の剛毛のスタツクを形成しそしてスタツ
    クを互いにステープルによつて結合するように設
    けられる回転ブラシ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    ブラシにおいて、前記剛毛が研磨材を充填された
    重合体から成る回転ブラシ。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    ブラシにおいて、前記弾性可撓要素が可撓耐疲労
    性強化フアブリツクまたは重合体ストリツプから
    形成される回転ブラシ。 (6) 回転するハブ上に設置される取り外し自在
    の回転ブラシ要素において、前記ブラシ要素が、
    複数の弾性可撓の剛毛と剛毛保持装置とを有する
    ブラシであつて前記剛毛保持装置が常態において
    それに対し概ね平行して外方へ突出する特定の向
    きに剛毛を確保するもの、前記ハブ上のブラシ固
    定手段と機械的に係合される細長い引留装置、及
    び前記ハブに対して静止位置に前記剛毛保持装置
    を位置させるように一端を前記引留装置に結合さ
    れそして反対端を前記剛毛保持装置に結合された
    弾性可撓要素を有し、前記剛毛と前記弾性可撓要
    素との相対可撓性によつて、前記弾性可撓要素が
    、前記ハブが前記剛毛を工作物と接触させつつ回
    転されるとき、前記常態位置からの前記ブラシの
    剛毛の偏向角度よりも大きい角度を以て前記静止
    位置から偏向することを可能にされることを特徴
    とする取り外し自在の回転ブラシ要素。 (7) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の回転
    ブラシ要素において、剛毛保持装置が、剛毛の折
    曲げられた部分を包囲する溝形の輪の側壁間の細
    長い要素に沿つて剛毛中間点で折曲げられた剛毛
    を締付けるように設けられる回転ブラシ要素。 (8) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の回転
    ブラシ要素において、剛毛保持装置が、周縁支持
    体間に複数列の剛毛のスタツクを形成しそしてス
    タツクを互いにステープルによつて結合するよう
    に設けられる回転ブラシ要素。 (9) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の回転
    ブラシ要素において、前記剛毛が研磨材を充填さ
    れた重合体から成る回転ブラシ要素。 (10) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の回転
    ブラシ要素において、前記弾性可撓要素が可撓耐
    疲労強化フアブリツクまたは重合体ストリツプか
    ら形成される回転ブラシ要素。
