Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition which can give a molding having a high rate of crystallization and excellent mechanical strengths, heat deterioration resistance and moisture resistance, by mixing a specified polyethylene terephthalate resin mixture with an epoxy compound and a glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:A molding resin composition comprising 100pts.wt. mixture (A) comprising 5-95wt.% polyethylene terephthalate resin and 95-5pts.wt. block copolymer comprising 3-50wt.% polyether compound and 97-50wt.% polyethylene terephthalate resin and/or ethylene phthalate resin oligomer, 0.05-60pts.wt. epoxy compound (B) and 5-180pts.wt. glass fiber (C). By the addition of said block copolymer, the glass fiber and the epoxy compound to the polyethylene terephthalate resin mixture, a resin composition excellent in mechanical properties, heat resistance, heat deterioration resistance, moisture deterioration resistance, processability and suitably used for injection molding and extrusion molding can be obtained.
