Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 板面に導電パターンを形成した板状の絶縁
材からなるベースと、 このベースの導電パターンに固着されて保持さ
れると共に電気的に接続した金属製の保持部材と
、 この保持部材に両端部を保持されると共に電極
を外部に導出される圧電振動板と、 上記圧電振動板に被せられ開口を上記ベースに
よつて気密に封止したカバーとを具備することを
特徴とする圧電振動子。 (2) 上記ベースはセラミツクからなり板面に導
