Abstract
PURPOSE:To reliably prevent the deterioration of the electrical heating wires due to oxidation thereof by bonding electrical connecting members to exposed terminals of the electrical heating wires embedded in a swirl chamber body and covering the bonded portions with an oxidation-resistant film. CONSTITUTION:A swirl chamber body is formed by embedding electrical heating wires 4 in a ceramic molding material and sintering same. Then, the swirl chamber body is cut at portions corresponding to terminals 4a of the electrical heating wires 4 to thereby expose the terminals 4a. Thereafter, electrical connecting members 5 are bonded to the terminal exposed portions by a brazing material 6, and then an oxidation-resistant film 7 is formed on bonded portions 8. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the deterioration of the terminals of the electrical heating wires due to oxidation thereof.
