    角位置を検出するためのエンコーダと、その旋回
    角位置でロツクするブレーキと； 前記旋回軸より偏寄している位置で路面に接し
    モータと減速機により駆動される駆動輪と； 前記駆動用モータのモータ軸に装着され前記駆
    動輪の速度と位置を検出するエンコーダとを含む
    駆動輪制御機構と； 前記旋回軸の延長線上その下方に上下に移動可
    能で常時バネにより下方に押圧されて路面に接し
    走行の際には自由に回転可能に支持され、制動装
    置によつて制動され固定される補助輪とを有し； 前記駆動輪を走行方向転換のために旋回させる
    場合には前記補助輪を制動して固定し、前記駆動
    輪の回転駆動により旋回するようにしたことを特
    徴とする駆動輪の旋回機構。
