Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 二光束偏光分光器と、該二光束偏光分光器に固
    有の偏光軸に対し４５°の傾角を持つた偏光面を
    有し、該二光束偏光分光器の入射及び出射側の位
    置に置かれた２個の偏光子と、空間的に形成され
    た干渉図形を検出する光電検知器から成る偏光干
    渉計の構成を有する膜厚測定装置において、該偏
    光子の一方又は相方を光路の内側または外側に操
    作可能な手段と特定波長域のみを透過させる干渉
    フイルターと、該偏光子の操作と同時に該干渉フ
    イルターを光路の内側または外側に操作可能な手
    段を設けたことを特徴とする偏光干渉膜厚測定装
    置。
