Claims (1)
- 光源の光を等方性物質に照射してこの照射光に
係わる透過・吸収から前記等方性物質の厚さを測
定する装置において、前記光源から出た光を少な
くとも測定光と参照光に分割する光分割手段、前
記測定光と前記参照光を直線偏光する＃１偏光子
、ハーフミラー、該ハーフミラー通過後の前記測
定光と前記参照光の両光路に夫々一対設けられて
入射する光の直線偏光の振動面に対しλ／４の光
軸と４５°傾けて入射する直線偏光について一対
のその中間に夫々挿入される前記等方性物質及び
サンプルの表裏の反射とこの等方性物質及びサン
プル中を透過し且つ吸収を受けた光とを分離する
λ／４板、及び該λ／４板からの戻り直線偏光の
前記ハーフミラーでの反射光の等方性物質で吸収
された光のみを検出器に通す＃２偏光子、を具備
したことを特徴とする等方性物質の厚さ測定装置
。
