Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an extrusion-molded item from crack and bend, by transferring the extrusion-molded item extruded on a conveyer onto a pallet by sucking the whole surface by means of a vacuum sucking transferring apparatus while the horizontal state is kept as it is. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion-molded item 2 having been transferred on a conveyer 3 is kept on the waiting state on a waiting conveyer 3b and then, a vacuum sucking transferring apparatus 9 moves above the extrusion-molded item 2 and the inside of the apparatus is kept under vacuum condition by acting a sucking fan 11. The extrusion-molded item 2 is wholly sucked by means of the vacuum sucking transferring apparatus 9 and is thereby elevated while the horizontal state is kept. Under this condition, the vacuum sucking transferring apparatus 9 is moved above a pallet 5a and the extrusion-molded item 2 is transferred on the pallet 5a. As no bending and stretching action is therefore given on the extrusion-molded item, there is no possibility that flaws such as crack and so on occur on the extrusion-molded item and it is not necessary to use an apparatus for correct bending of the extrusion-molded item.
