Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の半導体レーザ共振器をアレイ状に構成し
た半導体レーザアレイと、レーザアレイの各共振
器から出射され後方に進行する各レーザビームを
検出する受光素子と、半導体レーザアレイと受光
素子との間に配置され、前記各レーザビームを受
光素子へ導く導波部材とからなる半導体レーザ装
置において 前記半導体レーザアレイの前方に各レーザビー
ムを通す開口部を有した遮光板を配置したことを
特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
