  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加熱部を有する炉芯管と、 炉芯管の内壁上に載置され、半導体ウエハを設
    置された熱処理治具と、 熱処理時に熱処理治具を炉芯管の炉口から加熱
    部まで移動させるとともに加熱処理終了後に熱処
    理治具を加熱部から炉口まで移動させる移動手段
    を備えた半導体熱処理装置において、 熱処理治具及び炉芯管にそれぞれ磁力発生源を
    対向側が同一極性となるように対向して設けたこ
    とを特徴とする半導体熱処理装置。 (2) 上記磁力発生源を金属線のコイルに電流を
    流すことにより構成したことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体熱処理装置
    。 (3) 上記磁力発生源を永久磁石により構成した
