Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 下降流路１と、それに連なる上昇流路２、及
び、前記上昇流路２から前記下降流路１に給水す
るポンプ流路３とにわたつて処理水を活性汚泥と
共に循環流動させる深槽４を設け、前記下降流路
１に酸素含有ガスを供給する給気流路５を設け、
前記深槽４内の微生物混合液を固液分離して浄化
水を取出すチユーブラ型膜分離装置７を反応槽内
に設けてある水処理装置。 ２ 前記膜分離装置７のチユーブラ型ろ過膜８を
、前記給気流路５における給気口５Ａの下流側で
前記下降流路１内に配置してある実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載の水処理装置。 ３ 前記チユーブラ型ろ過膜８は、前記下降流路
１にほぼ直交する面内に並べて配置したものであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の水処理
装置。
