Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 微生物とその培地を含む処理液をループ状の培
    養管路１内で循環流動させる循環ポンプＰ１と、
    前記処理液から固液分離してろ液を取出す膜ろ過
    装置２とを、前記培養管路１に設け、前記培養管
    路１に培地を供給する培地供給管路４を設けてあ
    るバイオリアクター装置であつて、前記膜ろ過装
    置２に接続したろ液回収管路９に、前記膜ろ過装
    置２からろ液を吸引して取出す吸引ポンプＰ２を
    設け、前記ろ液回収管路９内の回収ろ液の流量を
    検出する検出手段Ｓを設け、前記検出手段Ｓから
    の検出結果に基づいて、設定流量に対する検出流
    量の偏差が減少するように、前記吸引ポンプＰ２
    の吸引力を自動的に変更操作する制御手段２０を
    設けてあるバイオリアクター装置。
