図において、１は電子回路モジユール、２はプ
リント配線板、３は放熱板、４はＩＣ、５はＬＳ
Ｉ、６はシヤーシ、７は開口部、８はカバー、９
は隔壁、１０は通風ダクト、１１は放熱フイン、
１２は外部ダクト、１３は冷却空気、１４は溝、
１５は端部、１６はピン、１７は樹脂系ポツテイ
ング剤、１８は間隙である。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

つ金属フイラーを混入せしめた樹脂系ポツテイン
グ剤とで構成したことを特徴とする電子回路モジ
