リント配線板、3は放熱板、4はIC、5はLS

は隔壁、10は通風ダクト、11は放熱フイン、
12は外部ダクト、13は冷却空気、14は溝、
15は端部、16はピン、17は丸穴、18は熱
伝導ラバーである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

板状の放熱板と、上記電子回路部品と上記放熱板
との間に配され、かつ双方に密着するようになさ
れたシリコンゴムを主成分とする熱伝導ラバーと
上記ピンを挿入するとともにハンダ付けするため
のスルーホールを備え、かつ上記放熱板の上記熱
伝導ラバーと密着する面と反対側の面に接するよ
うに配されたプリント配線板とで構成したことを
