Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導電性を有する薄板の少なくとも周辺部を除い
    た部分に、電極を備えた薄板状の圧電素子を固着
    してなる圧電ダイアフラムを用いた圧電型力学量
    センサにおいて、力学量の印加に応じて上記圧電
    素子に発生する電荷を検出する検出回路として、
    演算増幅器の入出力間に電荷を蓄積する第１のコ
    ンデンサを接続した電荷増幅器を用い、かつ上記
    圧電素子の圧電定数の基準値からの偏差を補正す
    る値を有する第２のコンデンサを上記第１のコン
    デンサと並列又は直列に接続し、更に上記第１及
    び第２のコンデンサの比誘電率の温度係数を上記
    圧電素子の圧電定数の温度係数とほぼ同じ値に設
    定したことを特徴とする圧電型力学量センサの検
    出回路。
