- サイクロトロンのターゲツト装置において、荷
電粒子ビームを照射して核反応により中性子線を
発生せしめるベリリユウム板のみに前記荷電粒子
ビームが照射するように、ベリリユウム板の入射
側に絞り部材を設けたことを特徴とするサイクロ
トロンのターゲツト装置。
