Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上下端に開口する液体吸い上げ用貫通穴を
軸方向に形成した軸体の略中間部に複数枚の圧電
素子を締め付け手段で締め付け一体化するととも
に、前記軸体の圧電素子を締め付けた略中間部の
径よりも大きな径の霧化用円板状部を前記軸体の
上端部に備え、液体を吸い上げるポンプ機能と前
記円板状部で液体を霧化する霧化機能とを有する
ことを特徴とする超音波霧化器。 (2) 前記軸体の圧電素子を設けた位置よりも下
側部分をポンプ機能のためのコニカル型ホーン部
及び当該ホーン部下端のポンプ用円板状部で構成
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波
霧化器。
