Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下端及び上端に開口する液体吸い上げ用穴
を軸方向に有し、上部に霧化用ホーン部を形成し
た金属製パイプに、複数枚の環状圧電素子を締め
付け手段で締め付け一体化してなる超音波ポンプ
を備え、該超音波ポンプの液中に浸る下端に対向
する超音波反射面が液面に対して傾斜しているこ
とを特徴とする超音波霧化装置。 (2) 前記超音波反射面が液体収納容器の底面を
成している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
超音波霧化装置。
