Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the noise in rolling by making different each pitch length in the peripheral direction of a number of blocks constituting a tread pattern and arranging each block in proper combination in the peripheral direction of a tread. CONSTITUTION:A tire 1 has a pair of side walls 2 and a tread 3 continuous in troidal form which is formed between the both sider walls 2. The tread 3 is divided into a number of blocks 6 by a plurality of circumferential grooves 4 and a number of lateral grooves 5 crossing with the peripheral grooves 4. In this constitution, the distance from one edge of one block 6 in the peripheral direction C to one edge of a contiguous block 6 is set as pitch length P. In the constitution of a tread pattern consisting of blocks 6, each pitch length P is set to P1-Pn in the order of the shorter length, and each of N1-Nn pieces is arranged on the periphery of the tread 3.
