Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高圧ガスを圧力容器内に満たし、単結晶を
    回転、引上げるための上軸と、るつぼの保持、回
    転のための下軸を圧力シール部を軸通して設置し
    、圧力容器の外側から該上下を軸を回転させる単
    結晶引上方法による化合物半導体単結晶の引上装
    置において、前記上下軸のうち少なくとも上軸の
    外径が圧力容器内側において、圧力シール部側よ
    りもるつぼ側において、より小さく形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする化合物半導体単結晶の引上装
    置。 (2) 前記上下軸のうち、外径がより小さく形成
    されている部分が耐食材により包囲されているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の化合物半導体単結晶の引上装置。
