Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電動機回転子の軸の外周に固定配置され、
    無方向性けい素鋼板などの方向性を有しない材料
    で成形された第１の円筒と、該円筒の外周に前記
    軸の中心から放射状に方向性けい素鋼板などの方
    向性を有する材料から成形された扇形の小片を並
    べて円周方向に配列して形成した円板状の層を軸
    方向に複数層積層して形成された第２の円筒と、
    前記第１及び第２の円筒とを前記軸方向に締め付
    け固定する押え具とから構成されることを特徴と
    する方向性けい素鋼板を用いた電動機回転子。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項において、
    前記方向性けい素鋼板で構成された第２の円筒の
    磁化配向が、前記回転子の軸の中心から放射状に
    されていることを特徴とする方向性けい素鋼板を
    用いた電動機回転子。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)
    項の電動機回転子において、前記押え具が前記軸
    と平行な半割断面においてほゞコの字型で、全体
    が糸巻形の形状を有し、該糸巻形の押え具の両側
    フランジと回転子の軸とにより画成される凹所内
    に前記第１及び第２の円筒が収容されることを特
    徴とする方向性けい素鋼板を用いた電動機回転子
    。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)
    項の電動機回転子において、前記押え具が軸方向
    の両側に配置された１対の押え板と、これらの押
    え板と前記第１の円筒を貫通して軸方向に締め付
    け固定するボルトとナツト又はカシメピンとから
    成ることを特徴とする、方向性けい素鋼板を用い
    た電動機回転子。
