Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition capable of improving the surface hardness and both wear and scratch resistances, also of giving surface characteristics with high durability, of synthetic resin molded articles, comprising each specific polyfunctional (meth)acryloyloxy group-contg. monomers and silicone monomer and organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of a monomer mixture comprising (i) 30-90wt% of a polyfunctional monomer containing in one molecule three or more (meth) acryloyloxy groups, (ii) 10-70wt.% of a monomer containing in one molecule one or two (meth)acryloyloxy groups and (iii) 0.0001-10wt.% of a silicone monomer of formula I [R1 and R2 are each CH3 or C2H5; X and Y are each H or of formula II, either or both being of the formula II (R3 is CH3 or H; R4 and R5 are each CH3 or C2H5; l is 1-20; m is 1-8)] with (B) 10-1,900pts.wt. of an organic solvent capable of forming a homogeneous solution by mixing with the component A.
