Description
第１図乃至第３図は本考案の一実施例を示すも
のであつて、第１図は高周波加熱装置の電気回路
図、第２図は保護回路の電気回路図、第３図は整
流ブリツジ回路出力の波形を示すタイムチヤート
である。第４図乃至第６図は従来例を示すもので
あつて、第４図は高周波加熱装置の電気回路図、
第５図は保護回路の電気回路図、第６図ａは雷サ
ージの波形を示すタイムチヤート、第６図ｂ〜ｅ
は保護回路における各波形を示すタイムチヤート
である。 １は交流電源、８はスイツチング素子、９はマ
グネトロン、１２は雷検知回路、１３は過電圧検
知回路、１７はフオトカプラである。

知回路、１７はフオトカプラである。
Claims (1)
- インバータ回路の電圧と検出レベル電圧とを入
力し、これらを比較することによつて異常電圧の
検出を行い、異常電圧を検出した場合にインバー
タ回路を停止させるようにした過電圧検知回路を
有する高周波加熱装置において、電源側の電圧を
入力し、これが所定値を超えた場合にフオトカプ
ラをＯＮさせる雷検知回路を設け、かつ、前記過
電圧検知回路の検出レベル入力をこのフオトカプ
ラの出力回路を介して接地したことを特徴とする
高周波加熱装置の保護回路。
