５図は支持部材の取付け構造を示す部分縦断面図
、第６図は回転部材の一部破断斜視図、第７図及
び第８図は作用を示す説明図である。 図中１は冷菓製造装置、２５は蓄冷容器、２６
は内側容器、２６ａは係止片、２８は外側容器、
２８ｂはボス部、３１は回転部材、３１ｂはスク
リユー、３３ｄは第１羽根、３２は蓄冷剤、３３
は支持部材としてのシリンダーである。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 蓄冷容器内に投入された冷菓材料を冷却しなが
ら回転する回転部材の羽根にて攪拌及び混練して
冷菓を製造したのち、製造された冷菓を前記蓄冷
容器の底面に設けられた支持部材内にて前記羽根
とともに回転するスクリユーにて吐出する冷菓製
造装置において、 前記蓄冷容器は金属製にて底面に挿通される前
記支持部材に係止する係止片を有する内側容器と
、合成樹脂製にて底面に前記支持部材が挿通され
るボス部を有する外側容器とからなり、 上端外周部が固定された内側容器の係止片と外
側容器のボス部とを挿通する支持部材により挾持
して一体化されたことを特徴とする冷菓製造装置
における蓄冷容器の組立構造。
