Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂基板上に配線パターンを形成する銅箔
を貼着したプリント配線板の上面にカーボン抵抗
をその端部が銅箔上に重なるように印刷して焼付
けてなるプリント配線板において、銅箔とカーボ
ン抵抗の界面にシラン処理剤を介在させたことを
特徴とするプリント配線板。 (2) シラン処理剤を銅箔上に塗布することによ
りカーボン抵抗との界面に介在させた実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載のプリント配線板。 (3) シラン処理剤をカーボン抵抗に添加するこ
とにより銅箔との界面に介在させた実用新案登録
