  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 永久磁石を固定した筒状ヨーク内に可動部
    コイルを設けたボイスコイル形リニアモータにお
    いて、２以上に分割した電磁極の補極を設け、コ
    イルを可動部コイルと直列に接続し、この電磁極
    とヨークの間に起磁力調整用ライナーを設けたこ
    とを特徴とするボイスコイル形リニアモータ。 (2) 前記ライナーが非磁性体薄板複数枚よりな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のボイスコ
    イル形リニアモータ。
