Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fine dust from entering a housing and to internal mechanisms from deteriorating owing to it by providing a circulation air flow generating means which circulates an air flow in the housing through heat sources and a cooling means which is on the upstream side of the heat sources and have its cooling surface positioned in the circulation air flow, and repeating the circulation to the heat source side. CONSTITUTION:A couple of fans 35 and 36 and a fan motor functioning as the circulation air flow generating means are arranged in the lower chamber 32 of the housing 1 and a cooling means, i.e. a freezing element 38 is provided nearby the opening part 33 of the internal wall surface of the upper chamber 31 so that the cooling surface is fixed on the passing surface of the air flow A opposite the upstream side of an exposure lamp 5 and the heating surface is fixed directly on the internal wall surface of the housing 1. Then the air flow A circulates only in the housing 1 and is blown to the heat sources 5a, 12, and 16 while cooled and the air flow which rises in temperature by heat exchanging is cooled again by the freezing element 38 and circulates repeatedly to the heat source side. Consequently, the heat sources 5a, 12, 16, 39, and 40 in the equipment are cooled by the closed loop without opening the inside of the equipment to the inside of the chamber.
