A conventional filter device for a fluid to be treated is explained with reference to FIG. 1. A is a supply duct for the fluid to be treated, b
is a discharge duct for the treated fluid, c is a housing, d is a fixed adsorption unit consisting of a tray receiving frame body d1 and a large number of adsorbent-filled trays d2 , e is a filter for catching ultrafine particles, and the fluid to be treated is transferred to the duct a. A portion of the fluid to be treated is adsorbed by a filled adsorbent filter d, and the remaining ultrafine particles contained in the gas are captured by a filter e. In order to discharge the fluid from the discharge duct b, and when impurities in the fluid to be treated (see A in Fig. 2) adhere to the adsorbent on the upstream side in the fluid flow direction among the adsorbents in the filling tray d2 , , (see f in Figure 2), the performance will deteriorate and the adsorption unit d will no longer be able to demonstrate its standard performance as a whole, so when the supply of the fluid to be treated is stopped, the operator will close the door ( (not shown) to enter into the housing c and replace the adsorbent filling tray d2 containing the deteriorated adsorbent with the adsorbent filling tray d2 containing the new adsorbent.

In the filter device for the fluid to be treated, as described above, when the supply of the fluid to be treated is stopped, the operator opens the door provided in the housing c, enters the housing c, and fills the adsorbent filling tray d containing the degraded adsorbent. 2 had to be replaced with adsorbent filling tray d 2 containing new adsorbent, and the work to replace the adsorbent had to be done inside the narrow housing c, which took a lot of time to fill with adsorbent. There was a problem.

Next, the fourth filter device for the fluid to be treated according to the present invention is installed.
5 and 6, 1 is a tray receiving frame, 5 is a caster attached to the bottom surface of the tray receiving frame 1, and 1a is a large number of adsorbents seated in the tray receiving frame 1. The filling trays 2 are a plurality of suction units, and each suction unit 2 is constituted by the tray receiving frame 1 and each adsorbent filling tray 1a. Also, 3 is the housing, 4
a is a supply duct for the fluid to be treated, 4b is a discharge duct for the processing fluid, 6 is a door for opening and closing an opening for carrying out the unit provided on the upstream side surface of the housing 3, and 7 is a downstream side surface of the housing 3. 8 is a portable slope; 9 is a door that opens and closes an opening for workers to enter and exit provided on the most downstream side of the housing 3; 10 is a door for catching ultrafine particles; It is a filter for The portable slope 8 is used when carrying the suction unit 2 into the housing 3 from the floor and when carrying it out from the housing 3 to the floor.

Next, the operation of the filter device for the fluid to be treated will be explained. If the performance of the filter device is checked during a periodic inspection of a nuclear power plant and it is found that the performance is below the predetermined level, then the condition is as shown in Fig. 3. To,
Although the performance of the filter device as a whole has deteriorated due to the adhesion of impurities that cause performance deterioration, the adsorbent in adsorption unit 2 on the downstream side is still free of impurities and remains fresh. It is in a state of being.
Therefore, in this filter device, an adsorption unit 2 is constituted by a tray receiving frame 1 provided with casters 5 on the lower surface and a number of adsorbent-filled trays 1a seated within the tray receiving frame 1, and the suction unit 2 is Several adsorption units 2 are arranged at intervals in the flow direction of the fluid A to be treated in the housing 3, and openings for entering and exiting the units are provided on the upstream and downstream sides of the housing 3, thereby making each adsorption unit 2 portable. , open the door 6 and carry out only the first adsorption unit 2 (the adsorption unit 2 on the left side in Fig. 4) with the greatest deterioration of the adsorbent out of the housing 3 (see arrow B1 in Fig. 3). The remaining adsorption units 2 are sequentially moved upstream (see the arrow B 2 between them in Fig. 3), and the adsorption unit 2 containing the new adsorbent is carried into the housing 3 by opening the door 7 (see the right side in Fig. 3). (see arrow B 3 ) and fix each. Furthermore, the adsorption unit 2 that has been carried out of the housing 3 is moved to a predetermined location, the tray 1a containing the deteriorated adsorbent is removed, the tray 1a filled with new adsorbent is attached, and the adsorption unit 2 is moved into the next housing 3. Prepare for the delivery. When transporting the adsorption unit 2 into and out of the housing 3, if the floor inside the housing 3 is higher than the building floor, some kind of lifting device is required, but a portable slope 8 is available. If this is done, the suction unit 2 can be easily moved, and there is no need to provide a fixed slope or the like on the floor of the building that would become an obstacle.

The filter device for the gas to be treated according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and the adsorbent filling tray can be replaced in a wide area outside the housing instead of inside the narrow housing. This has the effect of allowing the process to be carried out easily and quickly.
