Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify an assembly operation by forming core pieces by blanking from a plate material formed by laminating and rolling plural high magnetic permeability plate materials deposited with inorg. materials to form nonmagnetic layers on at least one face side. CONSTITUTION:Films are formed by spraying, etc., of a metal oxide 6 of inorg. fine particles consisting of MgO, SiO2, etc., on both or one surface of a hoop material consisting of 'Permalloy(R)' 5 and having 0.1mm thickness and the magnetic cores 7 are blanked by pressing from the plate material 4 formed by laminating such hoop materials to form the core pieces. Since the core pieces 7 blanked from the material 4 in such a manner can be straightly used as the magnetic cores 7, the need for adhering and laminating stages after blanking as in the conventional practice is eliminated and the stage for operation is greatly shortened. The cores 7 are then annealed. The problem that the deviation in the relative positions of the 'Permalloy(R)' 5 arises is eliminated with the cores 7 formed in such a manner. The magnetic head having the good characteristics is thus obtd.
