Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate oxygen concn. sensitivity by providing a material added with such material that can hold non-superconductivity even if heat treatment is applied, or non-superconductive material whose component is the same as of an oxide superconductive material on the upper, lower, and side surfaces of oxide superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 is made by putting non-superconductive material 1' whose main component is the same as of superconductive material on an insulating substrate 1''. Then an oxide superconductive material thin film 30 is laminated thereon and specified additive such as Al and Mg is ion-implanted to form a non-activated region 20 for insulating separation. At the same time, implantation of 1/2-1/10 of peripheral region 20 is conducted to a region 4 for the device of an active region 2. Then, similarly, an oxide superconducting thin film 40 is eliminated to cover a non-active region 11 remaining superconduc tivity selectively only to electrode connection 8', 9'. In the same way, an oxide superconductive thin film 50 is laminated to insulate a region 21 excepting leads 8, 9. According to this constitution, superconducting equipment having a long time reliability can be acquired.
