CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer of copper foil, etc., is formed on the surface of the flexible strip substrate 10 made of plastics, the resist film of a specified pattern is formed on the surface, and to substrate is moved in the direction as shown by the arrow by a belt conveyor 12 continuously moved by a pulley 11.
