Claims (1)
- 物体の同一部分の表面へ正負同一の入射角で二
方向からレーザ光を照射する２つのレーザ光源と
、上記２つのレーザ光の物体表面法線方向の反射
光を２つに分割する手段と、２分割されたそれら
の反射光に含まれる上記２つのレーザ光の互いに
異なる一方のスペツクルをそれぞれ検出する２つ
のスペツクル検出器と、それらの２つのスペツク
ル検出器で検出されたスペツクルの移動量の差に
基づいて上記物体の歪みを演算する演算手段とを
有するレーザスペツクル歪計測装置において、上
記反射光を２つに分割する手段として２つの反射
面を有する反射部材を用いたことを特徴とするレ
ーザスペツクル歪計測装置。
