- ＩＣリード位置を撮影するための一次元カメラ
と、該一次元カメラからのＩＣリード画像情報を
入力し、前記ＩＣリード位置が正常位置でない場
合に前記ＩＣリード画像情報を修正する画像情報
修正部と、該画像情報修正部からの修正後画像情
報を入力しＩＣリードの中心位置を算出するＩＣ
リード位置算出部とを含んで成るＩＣリード位置
検出装置。
