Claims (1)
- 直交する２つの方向に延びるベース部材と、該
ベース部材上の四方部に各々移動可能に設けられ
、カメラの取込み画像の外郭位置に対応する位置
に位置付けられる第１基準部材と、直交する２つ
の方向の四方部に各々移動可能に設けられると共
に予め設定された形状部を有し、上記カメラと検
出装置本体との間の相対的な角度関係や上記カメ
ラの取込み画像から把握される形状の誤差等の検
出用の第２基準部材とを備えたことを特徴とする
画像処理精度検出装置。
