Abstract
PURPOSE:To gather data of all test processes at the time of data sampling by providing a CPU, a RAM, a test time setting means, etc. CONSTITUTION:The load detection signal of a load cell 8 is load-amplified 11 and A/D-converted 13. Further, the load and elongation sampling data after the A/D conversion 13 and 14 are inputted to the CPU 16 and also written in a RAM 18. The CPU 16 writes and reads the data in and out of the RAM 18 according to a procedure stored in a ROM 17, performs arithmetic processing, and displays the arithmetic result on a display means 22 through an I/O device 20. Further, the CPU 16 inputs a setting signal of a test estimated time after test time setting 21 through the device 20. The CPU 16 calculates a data sampling time from the estimated time and the storage capacity of the RAM and writes the data in the RAM 18. Thus, all test data are analyzed.
