されかつアナログ制御信号が制御電圧として印加
される可変容量ダイオードと、 を具備し、前記可変容量ダイオードに前記制御信
号の変化によつて遅延時間が変化される可変遅延
線において、 前記インダクタンス素子が複数に分割され、分
割された各インダクタンス素子に前記可変容量ダ
イオードが梯子状に接続されて複数の遅延線素子
が形成されるとともに、 これら複数の遅延線素子がバツフア回路を介し
て直列接続されてなることを特徴とする可変遅延
線。 (2) アナログ信号を入力して前記可変容量ダイ
オードの容量変化による遅延特性変化とは反対の
非直線特性で変化させて前記制御信号として出力
する非直線回路が、前記可変容量ダイオードに接
続されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の可変遅延線。 (3) 捲線されたインダクタンス素子と、このイ
ンダクタンス素子に一端が梯子状に接続されかつ
アナログ制御信号が制御電圧として印加される可
変容量ダイオードと、を有する遅延線と、 入力された多ビツトデジタル信号に対応するア
ナログ電圧を前記可変容量ダイオードへの前記制
御信号として出力するD/Aコンバータと、 を具備し、前記デジタル信号によつて遅延時間を
デジタル的に変化させるよう構成したプログラマ
ブル遅延線において、 前記インダクタンス素子が複数に分割され、分
割された各インダクタンス素子に前記可変容量ダ
イオードが梯子状に接続されて複数の遅延線素子
が形成されるとともに、 これら複数の遅延線素子がバツフア回路を介し
